Hey hay!!! What's going on folks?!? I hope your weekend and your Monday back was good... I went to N.O.L.A to hang with a friend guy. He's good company usually and this time was no different. =)
On to the Foolery.. LOL I may be being melodramatic...So I'm opening my online boutique in Aug and I've already begin ordering some things. I have three dresses so far and I LOVE them all!! SO much so that when the one below came on Friday I had to take it with me! When I put it on I felt a lil sexy and figured that my friend would appreciate this one. Saturday came and when it was time to get ready, with excitement, I JUMPED into this dress. I came out ready for him to see and he gave me the WTH you got on face... (insert deep sigh here) my face dropped and I asked the age old question... "You don't like it do you?" His Response... "I didn't say that..." He then went on to say that the dress was interesting...I don't know about yall but I NEVER really go for the "interesting" look. Cute, Fun, Pretty, Sexy, Chic hell even Thuggish... but definitely not INTERESTING!! Like any Normal Female I went and changed!! LOL I usually don't worry about what other's think but... I need my date to at least like what I have on... Is it just me????
He still never admitted to not liking the dress, but he also never said that he liked it!! LMBO I was crushed but I got over it! The dress is below tell me what you think....
Vibrant |
Connected Sleeves... |
figure flattering |
The look I gave when I saw his face.... |
The only Pic I took all weekend... |
I think it's cute, may even take it to ATL with me this weekend.
Have a good week!!
Keep Dreamin,

I LOVE that, and sure would ROCK IT! You look nice
lol men tend to like simple things, not looks that will confuse/distract them. Most women tend to dress for other women subconsciously and not the men we want to attract. The dress is busy. And just the other day my fbf was talking about these dresses are weird b/c you can't raise your arms. lol
I like the design, fit, and idea of the dress... I love the pictures of the dress I mean all I kept thinking was DAMN!!!! Girl is rocking those curves... but then I saw the arms spread... I didn't like it as much... I like the idea of those dresses on the runway... but they are just not real-life practical (in my humble opinion)... other then the sleeves... I love it!!! You go girl!!!!
I love the colors in the dress. It is very busy, but that's part of my attraction to it. I think it's cute & sexy.
I know my husband doesn't like it when I wear anything beyond simple stripes, so yes, men are a bit different in that way.
The only thing that strikes me as "interesting" is the shape of the arm attachment. It doesn't look as "flowy" as the usual batwing style.
I think its cute. Its not me but its totally you :) Men never get us lol. Im wondering if you could drive wearing this dress? Did you try?
I LOVE the honest yet postive feedback!! Yeah it is a bit busy and unique, which is a reason that I was drawn to it as well! I new the Arms would be a hit or miss. i guess it just depends on the Beauty rocking it! =) Thanks ladies!

LMBO!!! I can drive! The arm part may look restrictive but it's really not!
I absolutely love it but I am a lover of prints so thats probably why.. its busy but in a good way!
I love the dress, I just wish the sleeves weren't connected because I would tone it down by wearing a blazer or leather jacket over it. It's really cute on you though!

I love visiting you site and the dress is cute without the sleeves in my opinion. However I am going to have to agree with your "friend". I don't know what your relationship is with him, but we all know that a man likes to see this stuff on other woman, but not on a woman that is on his arm. A big no,no.........
I am a hugeeeeeee print lover so I love this dress.....the arm part scared me a bit tho I must admit it definitely had shock value......but you know I would rock it!!! Looking at it I love it but as a consumer I'm not sure if this would be a practical purchase for me because I like versatile items that can be restyled and this one is one of those one time only wear items but if the sleeves were different I'd buy it in a heartbeat.

Oh and the word "interesting" would have gotten the same response from me. I like to hear DAMN or DAMN or DAMNNN u sexy but interesting is like that I don't want to say I hate it because women are sensitive answer imo. I know because when my fiancee hates something he'll just said it's alright but go try something else on lolllllllllll
Ok the print and fit are amazing and i cant wait til you open your store! To be honest i dont like how the arms connected :(
Let me just say.. Yes this dress is different and interesting! BUT you look amazing in it! I wear alot of things and have a major love affair with crazy funky shoes that most people wouldnt take for free... lol but I love them and feel confident wearing them so they kind of grow on people! Thats the great thing about Fashion and style.. its yours! Own it.. and I would definitely wear it <3

I love your take on style!!!! The print and fit is amazing, but I am not in love with the arms on the dress...
I like the dress. It is full on...LOL the print might have overwhelmed him...I dunno...but I think it is nice....maybe the arms were too much for the man...lol I guess we will never know
i think he just didn't like pples eyes on your booty! lol...i like the dress but i don't know about the connected sleeves. but your body looks banging
I love this dress! The connected sleeves threw me off but the dress itself {print & all} is banging. Werk it hunny! lol...Men will never admit when they don't "like" something that we wear because they know how we are as women. You looked cute though.
Stay beautiful! *Smooches*
